Julia Nyland
Founder, Lead Interior Designer
Enza was founded by Julia Nyland, who serves as Lead Interior Designer. Julia earned her degree in Interior Design from Central Michigan University - Fire Up Chips! - and holds her NCIDQ Certification.
Julia grew up in northern Michigan and now resides in Holland with her husband (Christopher), doodle pups (Zenna & Enzo), and baby boy. She is a fierce business owner and an equally enthusiastic mom, wife, and friend.
She prides herself on listening to her clients and tailoring Enza's designs to meet the unique needs of each space. Whether it's for a residential or commercial project, she focuses on crafting solutions that function beautifully and let you truly live in your space.
Hailey Byker
Interior Design Assistant
Hailey is completing her Interior Design degree at Kendall College of Art and Design, where she’s honed a love for creating spaces that balance beauty and purpose. She joins Enza Design Studio as our Design Assistant, supporting both residential and commercial projects with an eye for detail and a passion for learning every facet of the design process.
With her calm presence and creative curiosity, she brings fresh energy to the team and helps keep every project running seamlessly from concept to completion.
Julie Hayes
Studio Operations Coordinator
Julie brings a wealth of experience supporting interior design studios, combining a strong background in operations, client relations, and project coordination with a deep appreciation for timeless design. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, Midwest Chapter, where she champions the preservation and appreciation of classical architecture and craftsmanship. At Enza Design Studio, she helps keep projects, clients, and day-to-day operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Outside of the studio, Julie splits her time between Chicago and Saugatuck with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She enjoys antiquing, discovering local favorites like Pennyroyal, and cruising her neighborhood in her golf cart, always finding inspiration in the character, craftsmanship, and charm of the places she calls home.
Sienna Pulver
Finance Coordinator
Sienna serves as Enza Design Studio’s Finance Coordinator, bringing a well rounded background in the design, construction, and real estate industries. Her understanding of how projects come together from both the business and client perspectives makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Based in Holland, Sienna keeps our financial operations organized and running smoothly, allowing our designers to stay focused on creating exceptional spaces. Outside the studio, she’s a proud new mom who enjoys spending time with her husband, their puppy Rue, and making the most of life with their growing family.

Building and design is fun, but there are a lot of moving parts. If one part is missing or underperforming, the entire project can suffer. Enza loves collaborating with the trades to create a stellar finished project. It is a team effort all around. We don’t sketch a pretty picture and walk away - we have boots on the ground throughout the entire process.
